When do I start paying?
Every new workspace starts with a 30-day free trial with full access. Add a card on the Billing page to activate — the first charge lands when the trial ends, not before.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page and you keep full access until the end of the current period; the workspace is then paused (never deleted) until you resubscribe. Resume anytime before then from the same page.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Customer records can be exported from the dashboard whenever you need them, and any individual customer can be permanently erased (GDPR) in one click. Paused workspaces keep their data for at least 12 months.
